They have truly exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality and beauty. I know we will spend much more time on the porch since we won't have to deal with the wind, rain, and other forces of nature. Our furniture and carpet will obviously stay much cleaner too! As for the installers, I can only say that you are extremely fortunate to have found 2 men that a) show up on time, b) work like there is no tomorrow, c) are extremely courteous, and d) do outstanding professional work. As if that weren't enough, they clean everything up at the end of the job! We have had more than our share of contract workers over the past decade and these 2 men are the best we have seen in all aspects of doing the job they were hired to do. Thank you David for your low-pressure sales presentation and your refreshing good nature. You are a man of integrity. It has been a true pleasure doing business with you and your company. Dave, I want to thank you for the outstanding staff of professionals you have at Sunshine Home Improvements. It has been a pleasure doing business with such a professional organization. Our positive experience began with our sales person, and continued with the professional measurements. And our installer did an outstanding job! We did have some issues with the delivery of the screens that we do not believe was attributable to Sunshine, but even that was a positive experience because of the manner that it was handled. Dear Sunshine: We recently had a new window replaced by your company and wanted to send this letter to let you know how pleased we were with your product and services. Your representative, Justin Shadel came to our home to discuss the options and he was extremely professional and answered each and every question that we asked. The first person that represents a company can make or break it for many and Justin did a fantastic job at making it. Your employee Jay came about a week later to take the dimensions of the window so that they could order it since it was an odd size. About three weeks later, we were called saying that it was in and ready for installation. Jay came out and installed it. He was running about a half hour late, however he was professional enough to call and let us know which is what one should do. He was very professional and did a terrific job. Again, he answered every question we had and even gave us a few suggestions and hints.
All in all, we are very happy with the services and product that we received from your company. Our neighbors, friends and clients are always asking us where to go for roofing, plumbing, electrical, a/c and heating work and we will certainly add your company to the list that we recommend.
Next year we plan to use your services again to have new windows put in all around the house and for a new sliding glass patio door.
